Specialized Independent Consulting

Endless Mitten Consulting offers practical, boots-on-the-ground guidance for small businesses and property owners in Benzie, Grand Traverse, and Leelanau counties. We bring over two decades of real-world business ownership to the table, experience you simply can’t get from a book or a YouTube video. Our head consultant serves as Chair on the local Board of Review and as a Planning Commissioner, providing a unique insider’s perspective on zoning, taxation, and township processes to help you move from idea to approved and operating. Here at Endless Mitten LLC, we value our community and focus on clear, actionable solutions that fit northern Michigan realities.

ServSafe™ Training

We’ll soon be offering local ServSafe™ Food Protection Manager courses right here in northern Michigan. The ServSafe™ Food Safety Training program is the industry standard for current, comprehensive food safety education. Over 4 million foodservice professionals have earned the ServSafe™ Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANAB) Conference for Food Protection (CFP) and recognized in more federal, state, and local jurisdictions than any other food safety certification.


Here at Endless Mitten we take pride in food safety and our trainer brings 30 years of Food Service and HACCP experience to the classroom to help our students gain a better understanding and prepare them for the exam.

Interlochen Depot

One of our most favorite recent collaboration projects in Interlochen, Michigan. We designed the Interlochen Depot to be a dynamic gathering space where the community can connect, celebrate the outdoors, and enjoy streetfood. We continue to work on blending the area’s natural beauty with innovative food, art and music offerings. Last summer the Interlochen Depot became a go-to destination for locals and visitors alike.

We are so grateful for all the local support we have received making this space a reality.
