  • Specialized zoning/land-use and advanced tax/structure strategy: typically 90–120 per hour, depending on complexity

Package options:

  • New Business Launch Package (ideal for startups): 400–800

    • Includes an initial strategy session, basic entity and tax setup guidance, and a written action plan tailored to your township/county.

  • Zoning & Site Feasibility Package: 500–1,200

    • Includes ordinance and map review for your proposed location, identification of potential red flags, and preparation guidance for township meetings or hearings.

  • Ongoing Advisory Retainer (limited availability): custom monthly pricing.

    • For businesses that want a trusted advisor on call each month for check-ins, document review, and strategic planning.
